September is the point where the fixture list gets serious. Squads are settled, the early tables are readable, and every top league plays three full rounds before the players scatter for country duty. For anyone registering with Bet9ja Promotion Code YOHAIG in September, the promotion code is YOHAIG.

What the YOHAIG code actually does

Bet9ja puts a promotion code box on the registration form, and it gets skipped more often than you would think. Leaving it empty costs you nothing at the time, and everything later. Enter YOHAIG in that box and your new account qualifies for a welcome bonus of up to ₦100,000, scaled to your opening deposit.

Nothing is charged for the code. New customers only, and the bonus comes with wagering conditions, which is standard across the market. Read them on the promo page before you fund the account rather than after.

Sign up with the YOHAIG promotion code to claim up to ₦100,000 as a welcome bonus.

The first weekend, 4 to 6 September

The standout fixture that weekend is Arsenal against Chelsea at 16:30 on the Sunday. The rest of the card is deep too. The same Saturday gives you Bayer Leverkusen against Union Berlin and Hoffenheim against Borussia Dortmund, both at 14:30. Times are Nigerian throughout. UK and Nigerian clocks match through September, so nothing needs adjusting.

The second run of fixtures

The heavyweight game here is the Manchester derby at Old Trafford at 16:30 on the Sunday. The supporting card includes Paris FC against Lyon at 19:45 on the Saturday. There is a La Liga midweek card from the 15th to the 17th that catches people out.

Matchweek three, and then it stops

The last weekend carries Juventus against Atalanta at 17:00 on the Sunday. After that the club calendar shuts down. The top divisions in England, Spain, Italy, Germany and France all break after 20 September and stay off until October. The extended FIFA window runs from 24 September to 6 October, so there is no top-flight club football in those countries between 21 and 30 September.

You can see the whole month, all five leagues with Nigerian kick-off times, on the fixtures page: Bet9ja fixtures for the month.

Nigeria opens the AFCON 2027 road

The break matters more here than it does in Europe. Nigeria begin 2027 AFCON qualifying against Madagascar in Uyo, then go on the road to Guinea-Bissau four days after that. The draw put Nigeria in Group L alongside Tanzania, Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau, and there is a catch in it. Tanzania are co-hosts and have their place already, so the route out of the group works differently. With the 2026 World Cup gone, the mood around the team is short on patience.

Getting the most out of a busy month

Enter the code at registration, not after. The code only applies to a new account. Set a figure for the month before the first Friday and stick to it. Read the rollover terms on the welcome bonus before your first deposit. Weight your month towards 4 to 20 September. There is very little club football after that. Price the AFCON games on their own terms, not by club-football habits. Different squads, different form, different value. Keep your accumulators shorter than instinct tells you.

Bonus terms in this market move, so read the live page rather than trusting a screenshot from three months ago. The full breakdown of the current Bet9ja promo code sits on bet9japromotioncode.ng.
